- Computer maintenance
- Discovering files from 2001 that had been deleted, but somehow haunt the hard drive
- Hacking website forms to make things work as desired (hey, not my fault my webhost broke the "delete account" button for me, so I hacked a button that did work to delete and recreate the account without the damaging data.... too much geek info?)
- Snickering at elves for being elves *bweg*
- Investigating planetary science (like I said I would, Sesha, I'm working on it! Gaspzorz!)
- Randomly validating error pages
Oh yeah. I also learned some new .htaccess tricks, which I have implemented in every spot on my domain that I could. Wait! I missed one! Ehehehehehehehe.... I'll get to that later. Basically I learned how to slot some HTML at the top and/or bottom of a directory listing, so now I link the Moonburnt roleplay archives to a page explaining how everything is sorted. And then I hid that page from the listing because it isn't archives itself, and also because I can. *whistles* I have power = I use power. I'm simple like that, though I prefer to call myself "webgoddess with a mission" instead, for obvious and egotistical reasons. *bweg*
Man, I'm in a good mood today. Possibly because I had never before considered that belly buttons could be buttons. Makes me wanna pierce mine and hang a "No Entry" sign above the fly of my jeans. You laugh, but I have seen such a bit of jewellery -- and laughed. Hee.
I'm being vague again. Oops.
I should continue cleaning out the computer in between Wikipedia jaunts. I have copies of my essential files, but I really need to get everything backed up, wipe the hard drive, and reinstall only programs that will get used. I'm tempted to install Debian Linux but it's a shared computer. Windows and Knoppix it is then.
